 EVENTS
At the Board meeting held on 20th May, 2025, the Board has approved the following:
a) M/s. MKB & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries (a peer reviewed firm) (Firm Registration No. P2010WB042700) has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from 1st April, 2025 to 31st March, 2030 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.
b) Mr. Kunal R. Shah (DIN: 00125448) has been reappointed in the category of Non Executive Independent Director of the Company for the further period of five years w.e.f. 29th June, 2026.
