The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited vide their Notice no. CSE/LD/16778/2025 dated 26th May, 2025 uploaded on the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited's website delisted Warren Tea Limited from the official list of the Exchange consequent upon the approval of delisting by the Exchange with effect from 27th May, 2025.
As informed, since the equity shares of the Company would remain to be listed on Stock Exchange having nationwide trading terminal, i.e. BSE Limited, therefore no exit opportunity has been given to the shareholders of the Company as per the SEBI Delisting Regulations.
