"The Board of Directors of the Company evaluated the prospects of a potential merger, amalgamation or restructuring of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., Tuesday, April 01, 2025 and engaged in extensive discussions regarding the potential amalgamation and restructuring of the Company. Various strategic options were explored, including potential synergies, financial implications and operational adjustments. It was agreed that further analysis and consultations would be required before making a definitive determination. The matter will be revisited in a subsequent meeting."
