 EVENTS
At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 12th March, 2025, the Board has considered and approved the voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited only, in compliance with Regulation 6 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021 and subsequent amendments thereto ("SEBI Delisting Regulations").
