At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 12th August,2024,
the Board has noted the following:
The second term of the appointment of existing Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company namely Mrs.
Sonia Barman (DIN: 06910929) will be completed on 21st September, 2024.
The Board wishes to palce on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable services rendered by
Mrs. Sonia Barman during her long association with the company.
