A Core group has been formed under the Chairmanship of Mr. Vinay K Goenka, Executive Chairman of the Company for the purpose of having interaction and exploring possibilities, feasibilities for entering into collaboration/joint venture with various regional/existing brand holders in this line of business i.e. Retail/Consumer Marketing in selected districts in Northern India, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab . The other members of the Core group are Mr. Kunal R Shah, Director, Ms. Sonia Barman, Director and Mr. Indraneel Banik, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
