Agreement for Sale has been executed at Kolkata on 18th January, 2023 with M/s Madhuting Tea Pvt. Ltd. having its Registered Office at Dhunseri House, 4A Woodburn Park, Kolkata 700 020, West Bengal, India, to dispose of Hatimara Tea Estate of the Company.
