At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 28th July, 2023, the Board has accorded their consent to shift the Registered Office of the Company from the “State of Assam” to the “State of West Bengal” subject to the approval of the members of the Company in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and subject to the approval of the Regional Director, North Eastern Region or any other Regulatory Authorities, as may be applicable.
