Ranjana Agarwal (PAN ABOPA0265C) residing at B-19, South Jalan Nagar, Post Office – CR Building, Police Station – Chowkidinghee, Dibrugarh – 786 003, Assam and Smt. Charushree Gupta (PAN AOCPA7246N) residing at 3E, Gulmohar Building, 4 Chakraberia Lane, Police Station Ballygunj, Post Office – L.R. Sarani, Kolkata 700 020, West Bengal for a consideration of Rs 1.75 Crores.
