At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 21st January, 2021, the Board has approved the following.
Re-appointment of Mr Vinay K Goenka, Executive Chairman
Reappointment of Mr Vinay K Goenka as Executive Chairman (wholetime) for three years with effect from 1st April, 2021, subject to requisite approvals.
