22nd March, 2013 would be the “Record Date” for determining the entitlement of the public shareholders of the Company for Bonus Shares.
At a Board Meeting held on 30th March, 2013, 1236531 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each have been allotted as bonus shares only to the public shareholders of the Company.
The Register of Members of the Company would be closed on 25th July, 2014 in connection with the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 10th September, 2014
At the Board Meeting held on 21st January, 2015 it has been decided that the Company would explore real estate business including acquisition, development, construction, dealing with lands, buildings, offices, service flats, houses and other residential, commercial or industrial buildings.
The Register of Members of the Company would be closed on 14th August, 2015 in connection with the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 26th September, 2015.
