Messrs. B.M.Chatrath & Co. and Messrs. Singhi & Co. have been appointed as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2011-12.
At a Board Meeting held on 3rd February, 2014 the resignation of Messrs. Singhi & Co. as Joint Statutory Auditors have been accepted with immediate effect.
